Decent budget buy bass traps
These base traps do work and they make a difference. I’m an audio recording student and ever since I put in the base traps and the acoustic squares. My recordings have gotten 100 times better.

Decent design and seems to perform as advertised.
If your intention is to use this product as corner-wall-ceiling bass trap, I would not recommend this product as it does not measure out to 8 inches. For the advertised product (i.e. Periodic bass trap), I guess this does the general job when placed between just a location between wall and ceiling, or a corner of just two walls meeting together. For corner traps, I highly recommend the 12"x12"x8" bass traps and use these where needed between two-points only. I have made an investment in this material and several other products that will work in concert. I have roughly a 600 SqFt sound recording studio I am preparing and chose this product for the main area to stop sound and frequency from bouncing off the wood-panel walls. I plan to use these traps in several locations. Another issue I have with the product is about 20% of the tiles that I ordered in packs of 12, are not all decompressing and take a lot of work to form into their final shape. Several tiles never have fully decompressed, no matter what I do (i.e. submerging in water, blow dryer, etc.). It almost appears if several of the tiles were smashed when compressed into their packaging. I am not a fan of submerging the product into water. If any water remains in the material air pockets, over time mildew will form and would be accompanied by smell. I have tried the water submersion and dryer technique, but caution anyone considering this approach and to not use high or mid heat, if using a clothes dryer.

Good not great
For the price it gets the job done. I’m glad I went with a 4 inch though as opposed to 3 inch and this phone has a at least a design that’s not just pyramids or triangles. Doesn’t absorb a ton of sound. 3m doesn’t stick to it we had to super glue pieces of paper plates to the back and then let the 3m strips stick to that.

Not Dense Enough, Too Small, Just a Total waste of Money - These will not absorb bass.
Advertisement says 'Dense Thick Bass Foam Corner'. What a load of stuff ! This foam is pretty darn light, with a lot of holes and air in it. You can breath through this foam, which means it won't stop a lot of bass. I can squeeze the foam and it compresses down easily, which means it will not work for bass, only slightly in the 1000-3000 cycle range. Have read the reviews where people say it works, but cannot agree. They must have an untreated room, hear a slightly cleaner sound because of sound in the 1000-3000 cycle range being absorbed, and think 'it works it works". Sadly, I wasted my money on these.

Good for the price! Love the look.
These are better than expected but have yet to see if they make a difference. The first 3 pics are right after opening. They expanded within seconds. I still waited a full 24hrs or so to place them as seen in the last picture. They don’t feel as dense as my big 12” bass traps but I think they will be ok once they finish decompressing and they are only for one corner. I wld buy again.

Rubbish
Half turned up out of shape - even after waiting hours to see if they would expand they were still wonky..

Bass Trap
I didn’t expect acoustic panels to make this much of a difference—but these VEVOR panels completely transformed my space. First off, the size is a huge win. Each panel is large (48 x 24 inches), so you actually cover meaningful wall area without needing dozens of pieces. Installation felt efficient instead of tedious, and the clean black finish gives the room a professional studio look right away. The egg-crate design isn’t just for looks—it genuinely works. Before installing these, my room had a noticeable echo and muddy sound, especially when recording vocals and mixing. After putting them up, the difference was immediate: tighter sound, less reverb, and way more clarity. It feels controlled, like a proper studio environment instead of a regular room. What really impressed me is the balance they strike. They absorb sound effectively without making the room feel “dead” or unnatural. Whether you’re recording, producing, or just trying to improve overall acoustics for listening, these panels hit that sweet spot. Build quality is solid too. The foam is thick (2 inches) and holds its shape well—no flimsy or cheap feel. They also arrived in good condition and expanded properly after unpacking. Overall, if you’re serious about improving your audio setup—whether it’s for music, streaming, or content creation—these panels are a no-brainer. Great performance, clean aesthetic, and excellent value for the size. Highly recommend.

No cumple
