Does this garment also have a zipper on the side ?

The panty length has hook and eyes no zipper.

Does this item come in a thong

I don’t think so because the crotch unhooks so you can use the bathroom without removing the garment. You wear it 24/7 except to shower so I think a thong would get uncomfortable at least in my opinion and I’ve been through this twice.

According to size chart im between 2xl and 4xl.....what size do I get?

I am too and the 3XL fits best on me.
