It came very sharp out of the box, feels good in the hand, and the folding design is a lot more useful than I expected. So far it’s handled fruits, vegetables, and meat prep with no problem. I can honestly see how this could replace 2 or 3 knives I usually keep reaching for. My wife loves it too, which says a lot because she’s usually picky about kitchen knives.
