Does this scratch easily?

The dark gray scratches very easy. It was a carry on so I know it was not mishandled. My past suitcases never became scratched. This one scratches easily and they do not come off.

Is the marble a smooth or textured surface? Rose Gold looks textured.

I can't speak for the marble, but the rose gold is textured. I would also say that if you travel frequently and check your bag, be careful of this particular suitcase. It gets banged up pretty easily when it's being handled via checked luggage - I travel for work a lot, and one of the zippers has already broken off and the surface gotten scratched.

Does anyone have an issue with this suitcase tipping over from being to front-heavy?

No. It’s balanced really well. The best of any I’ve had.
