I’ve been taking this NAC supplement for a few weeks, and I’ve definitely seen some great results in terms of skin improvement and immunity. My skin looks brighter and smoother, and I feel like the dullness I had before has decreased significantly. The added Vitamin C has worked wonders, and I’m noticing a healthy glow that I didn’t have before. My nails are growing faster and are much stronger now, so I’m really pleased with that. The lung health support has also been a surprising benefit—I’ve found it easier to breathe and my endurance has improved during workouts. That being said, there are a couple of things that could be better. I haven’t noticed much improvement in my hair, and I was expecting to see better results in that area by now. I also wish the capsules were a bit more compact, as they can be a little difficult to swallow. But overall, I’m happy with the effects on my skin, nails, and immune system. I feel more energetic and healthier overall, and I’m optimistic that with continued use, my hair will improve too.
