My cat is 17 pounds and the other is 8 pounds. Is the outdoor megakit able to support by 17 pound cat?

Yes, this will support your 17 lb cat.

i lost my directions Is there anyway I can get them emailed to me?

Yes, please email us (manufacturer) direct at info@sportpet.com :)

Can we get extra poles and connections to help stabilize the condo?

I think you should get the manufacture email and ask them or phone number.

Where can I buy the tunnels?

Good question, the sellers aren't very helpful in finding them but they do go on about how wonderful they are. I believe the best way to get the tunnels is to scroll down to the section that shows what others have purchased with the kit, it shows the tunnels and play pen. I personally don't need the tunnels but I was wondering the same thing. I searched the store I bought the kit from and they don't appear to carry it so I assumed that the suggested pieces will fit. If you decide to try one, please let everyone know if it connects or not. If it doesn't, there is a 30-day return policy. Hope this helps and good luck.
