This outdoor sensor does almost exactly what is says on the tin, my only downside comment is I am not sure about the rain gauge, I sometimes feel it is a little pessimistic. Wind direction and speed seem pretty good and like any anemometer is a bit variable in very light wind conditions especially on direction which at 1 or 2 mph can vary by up to 30degs. One important feature is the wind loading on the pole or mast is very light due to the shape and size of the sensor. Other features like attaching to a one inch diameter pole is simple and easy but it will only clamp to a 1inch diameter pole I used a two inch with a one inch extension. The battery compartment is easily accessible and the sensor also has a solar panel extending the battery life, the battery compartment securing screw is also the N marker this maybe should have been more clearly marked with a big N or a clear arrow all told I have been using this now for over a year and am very satisfied with the product as an external weather sensor but this is only compatible with its matching indoor base unit

Excellent piece of kit. Integrated into home assistant and running flawlessly now for about 8 months . I just set it all up and every single sensor reports into home assistant all day, every day. So refreshing to have a product that just does what it's supposed to do. Highly recommend 🙂

Il prezzo può sembrare elevato, ma con tutti i sensori che ha sfido a fare una somma dei vari dispositivi che propongono altri concorrenti e vedere il risultato finale.

Este sensor WS90 da Ecowitt é uma excelente adição para quem gosta de monitorizar o tempo a sério. O facto de ser 7 em 1 facilita imenso a instalação, pois não precisamos de andar a montar vários sensores separados. A integração solar funciona impecavelmente e, até agora, a ligação wireless tem sido super estável, sem perdas de dados. O sensor haptico de chuva é muito interessante, embora precise de alguma calibração inicial para bater certo com os valores reais. Dou 4 estrelas porque, apesar de ser um equipamento robusto e muito completo, a configuração pode ser um bocadinho técnica para quem não está habituado a sistemas de domótica ou estações meteorológicas. No geral, é um acessório fantástico e muito fiável.

Il est recommandé d'insérer une protection (genre caoutchouc) entre les mâchoires des supports et le jonc. L'ensemble permet de facilement positionner le capteur 2m au dessus d'un toit.

Fonctionne parfaitement, connexion très stable. A monter sur une buse de 1 pouce (j’ai utilisé une buse de plomberie de 2 mètres de long, c’est idéal). Comme tout est compact, c’est assez discret.
