For me personally I do not enjoy drinking it so it’s a chore. Like giving cough syrup to a 5 year old. Compared to it’s much better and more expensive cousin AG1 Athletic Greens which tastes great, it does deliver though. And for the price, if you can get over the taste, it’s a good product. I’ve felt less bloated, more energised and optimistic and sleeping better, I also have lots of energy in the morning and the complex they used has a relaxing anxiety reduction effect which I think comes from the gut micro biome improvement and the ashwaghanda. If you’ve got the money to burn, I’d always go for AG1, it’s the best on the market and the price reflects that, but this isn’t too bad.
