Galaxy Z Flip4 5G (Light Blue, 8GB RAM, 256GB Storage)

Phone in dead in theer month and samsung service centre said the wrong phone place by the dealer

This phone will reach you in perfect packaging, with a warranty card having one of the IMEI numbers (Although the phones back panel will have two IMEI numbers)... The phone's hinge breaks down in 5months and when you go to service center, first they will say it's not right to buy from Amazon, then you will get to know this phone is 2 years old and the warranty card is FAKE... Big scam!! Plz avoid!!!

14 month old and the screen goes blank when you close and open flip. 840000 wasted. Save yourself stay as far as possible

Here’s a polished version that sounds firm and professional:I would give this product 0 stars if that were an option. I purchased this phone in November 2025, and I have been facing issues with the flip mechanism. Whenever I close the flip, the phone switches off unexpectedly.I have tried contacting customer support multiple times, but unfortunately, I have not received proper assistance or a satisfactory response. This has been a very disappointing experience, especially considering the phone is still under warranty.I expect the company to take this issue seriously and provide a proper resolution or repair/replacement under the warranty.

Suddenly the display of mobile is damage. When it checked by samsung service center it was already out of warranty. So immediately change it.

I had issue with this phone. Got it repaired at authorized dealer but again had the same issue. not working . My return window expired as i got this repaired and assumed it will work but same old issue.

Nice

Bought this phone on Feb 2026 and after 2 months of using I got a display issue because of hinge fold. Went to Samsung service center but they said the phone is not under warranty as it is activated in 2022 and the warranty has ended in 2023. its an overseas phone.

It goes off whenever I fold it, I need return or exchange with the same brand

Flipping screen is not working good when it was closed and opened again screen not open directly it hanging for 10 seconds or sometimes more

I purchased the Samsung Galaxy Flip 4, but it turned out to be a Korean language variant. I was unable to register on the Samsung Store and could not add payment information, as it required Korean input. I ended up returning the phone because it’s not an international or UAE variant.

I got it for 1200aed sounds good to be true, the seller had no reviews and it was listed as new but when I opened box it was used, phone also had some scratches on screen, so make sure check the seller
