A cool purchase
Handy little fan that fills the need. Quiet and easy to place. Speeds are good, switch is easy to find on the back and it works easily. Rotatable, but the ratchet is to loud when I rotate the fan. I am going to place a couple small plastic colored stickers on the blades to I will be able to tell when it is running. So quiet I cannot tell if running or not. This is the 2nd one that I have purchase and I am very happy with both of then.

Cools my dog!
My car (2016 Chev Malibu) has an A/C outlet in the back seat (See photos). More and more cars have these and USB ports. The A/C outlet is switched on and off with the ignition, so I don't have to keep switching the fan on and off manually. It cools my dog off pretty quickly in the Florida heat. With the air conditioner on, the fan moves the cool air right to where it's needed. In the dog's direction. My dog pants a lot in the hot car and loves the air conditioning and the fan. The outlet has a limit of 150 watts and this fan is not rated in watts, but it hasn't blown the fuse yet; even on high speed. It appeared to move quite a bit more air than the old USB battery fan I was using. So far, so good. Very easy to add the clamp or stand. One screw does it. Two thumbs up. Note: Several reviewers said that the screw is too short. No. You have to set the nut into the recess on the other side. You were trying to put the screw in from the wrong side. See photo.

Meh.
Noisier than my other clip fans. If you have any arthritis or mobility issues with your fingers, you're not gonna enjoy putting it together. It would be worth spending a few bucks more for a better brand.
