Great
I like the product and ordered 2nd time..it provides me sufficient fibre contained in it..since these are fenugreek seed flakes also support diabetic condition..it is neutral in taste.

Worked initially for 10-15 days, then it started giving me bloating feels and stomach hurts real bad. Doesn't really work.

This is great product for gut health. I am very satisfied with the product. It is a good source of protein, another great option added to our breakfast list. Tastes amazing when added to idli batter!

Heavily adulterated product! Must be banned!
Heavily adulterated food. Very bad quality with chalk-like stones which creates mouth ulcers when consumed by mistake. I made a terrible mistake by buying an 1 kg pack. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!!! Beware of health concerns associated with consumption!
