Review: My favorite comforter - Love this comforter! If you are a hot sleeper this is likely not a comforter you'll enjoy. I am always cold so this comforter is great for me. It's heavy, soft, and warm. I've read the reviews of it not holding up well in the wash but I didn't have issues after I made a few minor tweaks. The first time I washed on gentle, dried on delicate and it came out crunchy in some spots. I had a hunch that it was where the dryer sheets were pressed up against it in the dryer. I started washing with detergent only, no fabric softener and no dryer sheets, and it came out fluffy and soft. Do not dry on hot heat.

I’ve used this blanket for two nights now. It was absolutely worth the $$. It is the perfect weight I was needing for a blanket, which was heavy but not too heavy. It’s not a thick heavy. The material is absolutely soft. It’s warm, but also doesn’t get too hot. My cats even love the softness of it. The pillow shams fit a king size pillow, but I put my standard size pillow in it and just folded it in.
