I’ve been using these replacement heads with my Oral-B iO 8, and they fit perfectly with no issues at all. Compared to the softer brush heads, these feel a little firmer, and I personally think they do a much better job removing plaque and leaving my teeth feeling cleaner after each brush. The extra firmness gives a deeper clean without being uncomfortable. The quality feels comparable to the original heads, and I’ve been very happy with the performance. If you prefer a more thorough clean over extra-soft bristles, I’d definitely recommend these.

Spending money on the name brand vs. a generic alternative is not my favorite thing to do. However, I have yet to find a replacement head for my Oral B iO that works as well as the original. My only complaint is the price.
