I tried many different things: turning the printer on and off, re-inserting the cartridge, hitting the "resume" or "continue" buttons, etc . . . but the printer kept giving error messages. Too bad I tried the cartridge after the time limit to return the cartridge. What DID work: the Sophia Global 62XL Black Ink cartridge. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good price. Equal to brand ink. At the present time its identical in appearance to the brand name. The only issue is, the HP printer refuses to identify/acknowledge that there is plenty of ink in the printer. It repeatedly states "low ink" which causes one to have to check "ok" on the printer to remove the low ink message. Otherwise, it will not print. Clearly, HP does this to try to literally force you to buy the brand ink!
