This knife is well made. But be warned it is extremely sharp,on first use I cut my thumb and finger ! Going to order some cutting gloves for protection now !

It’s my only knife!
I cook for myself and occasionally 1 guest. It comes well packaged safely, and it’s very sharp. High quality knife ieasy to clean stainless steel. It’s easy to sharpen if you craze super sharpness. Great value, thank you Jamie Oliver!

Handle is short and not as heavy as I would have liked, otherwise nice knife.

Sehr gutes Messer - liegt gut in der Hand - und bleibt relativ lange scharf - der Messerrücken ist zudem nicht zu dick, was das Schneiden sehr angenehm macht. Zudem sehr stabil. Dadurch leider aber auch schwer. Habe deshalb noch welche nachgekauft.
