What is the name of the connector that I need to connect a garden hose? Can it be found on amazon or only at a hardware store?

I was able to get the connection at the hardware store,. I think it is standard hose size 3/4" honestly I can't remember the container was kinda a waste it broke after less than a month

How much water pressure do you get when the spigot is open and the barrel is full?

I don't know - the first time it filled up it fell over and ripped the top off. Total self-destructed. I guess I didn't level the base as well as I could have. Be careful. I bought a more conventional rain barrel and it didn't provide enough pressure to use a soaker hose with it. It did, however, collect 60 gal of water for my garden and had good enough pressure for a conventional hose, but not a collapsable hose.

Is this product fda approved for use with food for human consumption? contents would be apple juice from the annual harvest?
