## Description

Galaxy Jumbo Basmati Rice is extra-long and extra white rice that has a beautiful subtle aroma. It embodies all the attributes of basmati like pearly white, extra-long grains and smooth texture. After cooking, the grains become light and fluffy making it a perfect choice for special rice preparations which is a delight on your plate every time you serve. Galaxy Jumbo is highly acknowledged and demanded in the domestic as well as global market due to its rich aroma, taste, health and nutrition. Galaxy Jumbo Basmati Rice is made in compliance with international quality standards that ensures its rich nutritional value, added content and hygienic packing. It comes in the packing of 1 Kg, 5 kg. Store in a cool and dry place for longer shelf life Cooking Instructions: Pre-Cooking: Rinse the uncooked rice under running water thoroughly, until the water runs clear, and soak it in lukewarm water for 30 minutes. Measures: Open pan cooking: 5 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. Closed Pan / Microwave: 2 cups of water for 1 cup of rice. Add 1 tbs of butter or oil or margarine and salt if desired. COOKING METHODS OPEN PAN Bring water to a rolling boil. Add the drained rice and stir gently. Cook uncovered on medium heat for 6-8 minutes. Drain out the excess water, keep for fifteen minutes and then serve. CLOSED PAN Bring water and drained rice to boil. Cover the pan with a tight lid and let it simmer for 9-10 minutes. Remove from heat and allow it to stand covered for 5 minutes. MICROWAVE Put water and drained rice in a bowl. Stir once and cover with a pierced cling film. Cook on high/100% for 5 minutes then cook on medium 50% for a further 7 minutes. Let it stand covered for 7-8 minutes.

Bad product, not worth the cost paid. Says JUMBO BASMSTI and that to 1121 rice vareity, but worse than regular tukda rice. Very dissapointing
