**Q: Why does the description say 12,000, but the picture says 10,000 bands?  Also, says 36 colors, but again picture only showing 28 colors.**
A: Hello ,thanks for your question . 12000 including 10000-11000 bands + all the necessary acessaries( S-slips, charms,zipper hooks,beads ,sticker....) ,and exactly the palstic case is 28 grid ,but there are  4-5mixed color bands per grid (3 grids)
so it is more than  36 colors in total. hope this answer can help you.
