Women's Waist Trainer Tummy Control Waist Cincher Slim Body Shaper

The best waist shaper! I have tried a few different types and styles of shapewear. I most recently resorted to the kind that go all the way over your shoulders to keep it upright and not rolling down my back. BUT this one? Money! It had a strong plastic frame that is really comfortable. I wear it under form fitting clothe (even leggings and a fitted tank) and you cant tell I am wearing it. The initial reason I bought it was for post tummy tuck surgery ( you need to wear one for 6 weeks) once I got through week 2 I could easily slip this on. It is so much more comfortable than the ones the Dr. suggests.

I ordered 1 of these without the hooks and also ordered the one with the hooks both size Medium. Without wearing this unhooks waist trimmer my waist measurement was 33 1/2" and my stomach was 40". With this on my waist measurement was 32 3/4" and stomach 39" so not a dramatic change. Also this one is about 3/4-1" longer than the one with hooks and this does roll at the top (even when I pulled it down more just to see if it would still roll). I am 5'2 1/2" with a longer torso for my short height and it is too long for me. If you have some back fat it will push it to above the product and you will need to wear a slimming control tank to assist with smoothing that area out. Since the slimming was minimal if I had ordered a Large it would have done nothing to decrease/smooth me out. I will be requesting a refund/return for this one. The one with the hooks decreased me waist by 2" and my stomach by 2 3/4" which is wonderfull but I must warn you that it takes about 8 minutes to get into it and after wearing it for 5 hours my back did start to hurt. This one I wore on the largest size hooks and if I would had ordered a large I would have to wear on the smallest size hooks, not received the dramatic decrease affect, and after a couple of months I feel that with stretching it would not achieve the same affect. The hooked one also does the same pushing of your back fat up above the product. I did read from another review that this one can be cut so it doesn't go so high up.

Bought a size medium for daily compression to help manage POTS dysautonomia (heart blood flow condition). I weigh 130 lbs, 27 inch waist. Rolls a bit at bottom when sitting and standing. Compression is extra firm to the point of discomfort if worn for more than an hour. The structural wires do leave marks into the skin. However, the overall quality is good. I’d order a large size if I were to buy another.

This didn't do a thing. It was uncomfortable and just pushed the fat both above and below it. It also rolled up at the bottom as well as down from the top. Don't waste your time.

I'm skinny fat so I bought this to help my pants fit better and so I can look a little less lumpy and maybe be a little more aerodynamic. You never know when the need will arrive. The unexpected result was Very Comfortable Pants. It creates a cozy barrier between your skin and your pants so your pants won't dig/rub into you. The plastic boning helps with protection as well. I can mostly happily wear my pants for hours upon hours now without feeling horrible and distracted by the horribleness. I wish there was a size smaller, and I wish there was a slightly shorter one. BUT. I plan to hoard these when I can.

I am 5’3”. I am a little over 180 lbs, and I wear anywhere from M-XL sized clothes. I was really excited to try this out to help with the abdominal pain I still experience after my botched emergency laparoscopic appendectomy. I have found that other waist trainers (the more structured, velcro ones that strap on) really help and I wanted something flesh toned, yet comfy enough to wear for hours. I ordered the large, which I thought would fit based on the size descriptions. However, I could barely get it on and the material rolled up over itself which made it even more difficult to continue pulling down. It literally made me break out in a sweat and gave me heart palpitations because I stopped breathing when it bunched up around my lungs during the struggle. Once it was on where I wanted it, it felt the way I expected and was comfortable. The compression was nice and stabilizing. The material was soft and did not create any sensory issues. Even though it felt fine once it was on where I wanted it, it looked weird. There are “under wires” that act like boning in a corset for stability and those were no longer flush with the bottom edge and stuck out - which reminded me of the way the bottom edge of an umbrella looks. Then, I had to peel it off by grabbing the bottom of the garment and pull it up over my head - again, sweating and palpating the WHOLE time. And once it was off, the material looked stretched out after just one brief use. Overall, this was very disappointing. I feel like if I were to get another one, I would need to go two sizes up just to be able to get it on without potentially passing out or getting stuck.

This is a really great quality waist trainer. It is true to size. Also, to put it on, one steps into it and pulls up like pants. I liked the breathable fabric. I used this after abdominal surgery to help with swelling. I purchased 3 and this was my favorite. Great value.

Careful ordering this item, you may not get what you expect. Instead of this item I received a very badly made stretchy dress??? It’s being returned, see photo attached 😞
