Great mugs
These are great mugs that keep my coffee warm. I have run them through the dishwasher even though they say hand wash only and they’ve held up..

Very nice and work well
Normally I use coffee mugs that are clear, large (16oz) and sturdy. Still, I didn’t always like the sweat on the cups if I had iced coffee or having to be careful grabbing the outer part with hot stuff. I had tried a couple double-walled ones in stores but they all were smaller, 6-12oz, and felt delicate.I stumbled across these and liked the different not-so-plain design. They definitely are bigger. The double wall makes them bigger than my other cups though holding the same amount. And maybe that’s why it feels so light and delicate. They do seem sturdy and I’ve had no issues with the temperatures (unlike some mason jar glasses). No condensation issues. The bottoms are smooth so I do worry about them sliding off an edge if bumped. They may seem delicate but it’s also nice that they feel light for their bigger size. Still, hesitant to use in dishwasher, though listed as dishwasher safe. And they’ve survived clinking around in my sink with other glasses. (Knock on wood)

Will change if any problems
This glass mug is exactly what I wanted, big enough for two cups of coffee/tea, flat top handle, light wiehgt, has a lip for pouring and drinking. There's two things I wasnt expecting. The bottom is completely flat, not concave like the picture seems to indicate. Second, the hole on the bottom is plugged. I thought the hole was intended to prevent internal pressure when hot liquids are added so the lack of a hole actually has me concerned. If an shattering happens, you bet i'll be changing it to a 1. There's also a "hand wash only" label on it, which I was planning to do anyways. No cracks yet. The shape of the ledge doesn't actually help with pouring because there's an inward groove at the very top

Love this big heat-holding cup.
This is a beautiful mug. Looks like a piece of art that holds my hot tea. You will love it!

Lightweight, insulated Coffee mugs with large handle
I purchased these 16 oz. mugs to make Lattes, and larger hot beverages. I usually have two cups of coffee in the morning but with these mugs, I only need one. And the coffee stays hot much longer than the traditional mugs. (I also purchased two of the smaller 10 oz. cups in a different configuration). I love the design, and it keeps the beverage hot longer without making the mug itself not hot to the touch. The handles are very comfortable, and the lightweight construction makes it easier for elderly people to use. I highly recommend these mugs to anyone who is looking for a lighter weight cup with easier to lift handles, roomy for more milk or creamer, and wants to keeps the their beverage hot for a longer period of time. The pricing is comparable to other brands with the insulated feature, but these mugs are elegant and modern. Buying better quality and spending a few more dollars makes more sense when you want a superior product. I plan on purchasing more of these cups and getting rid of my mismatched other smaller coffee cups. I hand wash these cups instead of putting them in the dishwasher, but that is my choice. But they are dishwasher safe.It is now April and I am adding to my previous review - I have had the mugs since November now. Even though I hand wash them, they both developed a leak and moisture/water is inside the insulated area. I never put these in the dishwasher. They are very delicate. A spoon hit one of them in the drain rack and caused a crack - it did not hit the base with any force. So, handle them with care.

These are very nice
I wanted a large cup for my tea, and something I could use to heat the water in. These came today and I am enjoying a nice, hot cup. These come with a card explaining the construction and warning to hand-wash only. They all have a hole that is plugged, and the plug will come out if you put this in the dishwasher. This is all plainly explained to anyone who reads the little card that comes with them. Mine do not wobble, they are firmly seated on my table top. I think the one person who mentioned this might have gotten a defective one, but definitely do not remove the plug or they will take water in between the layers of glass.Because I like to make a large cup of tea, I wanted something insulating so that my last drops won't be ice cold. So far this seems to be holding the heat well.I have no complaints, they are lovely and they do exactly what I wanted. Hopefully they will hold up; the card also mentions that they are delicate and, yes, they would naturally be fairly thin glass to provide the insulating layer and not be enormous. I plan to handle them with care, but they should be more than adequate for my tea making needs :)

Accurate description
It’s states on the description that it is glass what is wasn’t? Glass is plastic and I want the glass coffee mugs but I’ll keep it.

So pretty
I was concerned when I got these. They are light weight and seem delicate. Well, I’ve hade them a while now and they are still in one piece. I drink a lot of ice water. The insulation was a sell for me. It’s been humid and the glass is full with seltzer and ice. In truth, they do sweat a little, but compared to other glasses or mugs, no where near as bad. One paper towel is fine unlike other times when the glass needed frequent drying. If I can keep them in one piece for another month, I’ll probably order 2 more.
