Excellent equipment for a home gym, so much variety of different exercises that can be used. Great build quality and easy to use / set up.

Great accessory. Maybe one more pulley...
As a powerlifter this kit has allowed me to access some less intense exercises and jntensities allowing me to work on joint health and accessory movements. Very strong and easy to attach but it needs 1-2 more pulleys and caribiners to be full set. May need to buy another to avoid set up every time. Recommended.

Good set for home gym setup
Good selection of fixtures and fittings to attach to a pull up bar or similar at home. Cables and reels are strong and durable and run smoothly. My only gripe would be the fiddling needed to reduce the length of any of the cables with the included clips. Would be better if there was a quicker way to do this.

Le matériel est de bonne facture. Pour ce qui est de la solidité, rien a redire, je charge jusqu'à 80 kg avec le système poulie basse pour les trapèze , et rien ne bouge. Avec ces poulies, votre entraînement sera transformé. Biceps triceps épaule dorsaux pectoraux et le tout a deux mains ou en unilatéral. Bref que du bonheur.
