I'm sensitive to light and it easily disrupts my sleep, so for the few months, I had been sleeping with a mask. However, I was waking up with blurry vision and although this was subside within about an hour, it continued. I loosened up my previous mask so it was just pressed against my eyelids enough, but again, the blurry vision persisted. After doing a little research, I discovered that wearing a sleep mask pressing directly on your eyes can damage your corneas.I searched Amazon, found this gem, and let me tell you --- HUGE difference! There's enough space between your eyes and the mask, that it doesn't touch your eyelashes at all. The contouring around the nose, also ensures there is no light seeping through and this was PRECISELY what I needed! I slept like a baby! If your vision has been affected, look no further! You'll LOVE this mask!

This is the second time I have purchased this MZOO sleep mask. The first one I purchased about 2 years ago did not have any seams sewn into it. About 6 months after purchase and being used every night, the seams started to come apart. When I went to purchase it again, there was a message that there was a newer version of this sleep mask. I believe they call it the luxury version. That mask iss the pits. The pressure on my eyes was unbearable and I could not wear it.About 2 years later, I was happy to see this version of the mask was still available. I had assumed that since there was a newer version, that they stopped making this one. Fortunately, that is not the case.This eye mask works very well for me. The eye mask quality is very good. It completely covers both eyes and blocks 100% of the light. I am a very sensitive sleeper. The little light on a smoke detector is enough to keep me awake. When traveling if the hotel pillow or mattress isn't just right, I have a hard time sleeping. I was worried having an eye mask on my face would cause me problems sleeping. As long as the mask is not too tight, I barely notice it. There is ZERO pressure on my eyes, even if the mask is on too tight.I am a side sleeper and I move a lot in my sleep. From one side to the other, onto my back, etc. The mask does come off from time to time. Sometimes it just moves a little, other times it comes completely off. Fortunately, I haven't lost it yet :)This time of year, mid-spring in the Southeast US, I sleep about 75 minutes longer with the eye mask on. Normally, once daylight starts to creep through the currents, I wake up. With the MZOO sleep mask, that is no longer an issue and I get the sleep I need.I mentioned the first time I purchased this sleep mask the seams were not sewn and the mask started to come apart after 6 months. It seems this mask still doesn't have sewn seams, however the seams seem to be sealed. Hopefully, the mask will last longer than 6 months. Even so, it is a small price to pay every 6 months for better sleep!

Bought this and the timing was quite good as we went away to a cabin for the weekend and there was not much in the way of curtains from the midsummer morning sun. It blocked out a majority of the light for sure, but it wasn't a "perfect seal" around my nose area. I suspect it may work better if you have a flatter nose shape.The "cushioning" I think maybe helped create a bit of a seal on the eyes. As a belly sleeper, the cushioning was not terrible to adjust to, but it was noticible for sure. It seemed to stay on overnight fine. But a more basic flatter mask might work a little better for me overall.So I would say the product is good quality. but I question the overall value. I don't really know why I was inclined to pony up for this "fancier" sleep mask.. probably because of the youtube personality who suggested I looked into this style. I think I got it for $15 on prime day and I don't know if it's worth more than that. We'll see if it holds up over time. but if you're in the market I'd probably say just buy some basic flat mask to try for cheaper first before you spend much money on this.

This is the 5th time I purchased this sleep mask because of the quality and fit. It’s very comfortable and adjustable straps make it as snug or loose as you want. The mask arrived in less than 24 hours and comes in a nice box and packaging. It has a silk storage bag to store it in or take it while traveling along with a set of ear plugs.The best feature of the mask is the high quality of the silk fabric and cushioning to the entire mask along with the interior fitting around your eyes. There is a curve to the interior of the mask that makes it super comfortable around your eyes while resting on it. The mask is a game changer for darkening out the room! We love this make so much that I have purchased this 5 different times. Once as a gift for someone, and we have extra sets in our vacation house so we don’t have to travel with them. Although I have taken it on a long flight to Hawaii and it would be good for kind distance flights or car rides.
