We are traveling a lot and we have our 7 years old son always looking for entertainment. Anything from drawing to sorting his Pokemon cards or playing with cars, or even reading for that matter are made much easier with the lap desk. Comfy Outings tray is great value for money, has even stable surface and high and sturdy edge all around (prevents me from reaching under my seat while driving :(). Great storage space also, we can prepare the pockets already from home with all his selected things and once done with them he can put them back. I would probably buy some extra pockets, and be able to exchange them depending on the activity.The cup holder is handy for keeping his drink and is easy accessible. His books fit nicely in the big storage pocket with zipper under the tray.The adjustable strap makes this tray very easy to carry like a messenger bag.This lap desk makes travel fun and easy for both children and parents (less to argue about and multitasking while driving)!

This did exactly what I needed it to do! We took a 15 hour car ride over spring break, this provided both kids a firm place to color, read, play with their cars and eat. When they were done using it, they set it to the side. I didn't use the buckle because I didn't want to have to stop to take it off when they were done with it. It is very light weight, easy to put together and easy to clean! It is also big enough to drape over the arms of the car seat and booster seat, I didn't have to worry about it really falling off their lap unless they purposely pushed it off.

I purchased these trays for a recent road trip. My 3 and 5 year old used them to for eating and drawing (5 year old). They were a little wide and bulky for our car seats as the arm rests did not allow them to lay entirely flat. Would be better suited for child in a booster seat or one without arms. Also would have liked the removable tray to stay in place when in use.

After comparing all like products, I chose this because it has a lip all the way around so snacks or game pieces or coloring tools don’t roll backward into the car seat. Bought two so my two- and three-year old boys could entertain themselves/eat more easily on long drives. Love them.

We bought this lap tray for my daughter for a longer trip we were taking to visit relatives and she really loved it! We also live more in the country so car rides to the store or really anywhere are a bit of a distance and let me say this product has really helped keep our 3 year old entertained much longer then before! So she used it on the trip and likes that she can put her tablet on it and keep her juice away from her sides (before it would spill from her cup onto her clothes). She also really loved that she was able to put her coloring supplies into the zipper compartment and carry it with her. What I really enjoyed was that her markers, playdoh, etc didn't roll off the desk into her lap and I didn't have to go searching the floor for that stuff. If you are a parent that has ever experienced searching for markers or crayons in the car because they rolled away can definitely appreciate this all around lip that prevents that! This product has definitely met our expectations! It has really helped our long car rides go a little smoother! I included some basic pictures but it does comes with two mesh bags that button to the sides to hold stuff in and it came with a little red pencil case which I found helpful to keep her crayons and such more contained when put away. I'm so glad we ended up choosing this lap desk over some of the other ones. It does exactly what is advertised!

This is a must have for each parent on the go! My daughter is very happy with this lap tray. She likes to read, color and eat her snack on it while having everything within arm’s reach.The surface is strong, stable, waterproof, and can be cleaned easily. It has a big storage with zipper for coloring books, pencils, and tablet. The red edge is high so that it keeps the crayons and snacks from rolling off on the floor. We use this lap desk on the go but my daughter likes to use it also at home. Very high quality!I will also order this travel lap tray as a present for a friend of mine.

We bought two of these - one for each kid - for our 8 hour car trip. They worked really well! I love that you can strap it on so it stays, but it is not necessary in order for it to stay put. Worked well for both forward facing and rear facing car seats. These were perfect and I’m glad we got them - made coloring and reading much easier! Plus, you can’t beat the price!
