Is the engine cover red or black?

The ALWB60828 has a red engine cover; the ALWB60827 has a black engine cover. Hope that helps!

Is electric start an option?

Honda does have an electric start option for some of their GX Series engines but you’ll need to contact Simpson to see if they use them in any of their pressure washers.
