**Q: can this be whipped to look like a whipcream Topping for desserts??**
A: Hello,
Thank you for your inquiry. This cooking cream can be used as a condiment for pasta, ravioli, gnocchi, etc or to add creaminess to sauces and condiments. It is not ideal as a whipped cream as it is more dense and creamy than the regular heavy cream that you would use for whipped cream.

**Q: Can you put this in coffee?**
A: No, it will curdle as it is too thick. The next best thing to trying to put this in coffee is to use heavy cream. Thicker than Half and half and wonderful in coffee. Condensed milk in coffee is good too if you want thick and sweet

**Q: Does this have any dairy?**
A: Yes, it's real cream. Don't buy it if you don't eat dairy. (But if you do, it's great in coffee!)
