I'm a retired service representative and this product is a great device with great customer service Review: HUB failed to connect to WiFi - BUT YoLink service tech was GREAT - I purchased a speaker hub YS1604 and spent hours trying to connect it to my WiFi. Loaded YoLink app with permissions for location and near by device. Disabled all 5GHz bands. I reset the HUB, un-bind the device, checked firmware update and app versions, etc.. I was able to connect to the HUB's YS_xxxx WiFi, but when I got to the display to select a WiFi SID - I got a error of device time out and there were no SID displayed (Yes I know about the 5 minute limit) I could not even entre a manual SID. I called YoSmart Support on a Saturday afternoon and got a response!! The support was great, and after sending screen shots and more, it was confirmed HUB was defective. So Thanks to desertcart I will get to try again.
