My go to hot chocolate powder. Friendly advice would be to add the powder in to the mug, add a little warm milk to make it in to a paste and then add the rest of the milk. When added to the milk it becomes difficult to stir it properly. Haven’t noticed any of the health benefits as such but got my fingers crossed and hoping it’s doing it’s thing. I've been placing 2 (heaped) teaspoons in hot milk and a little honey in the evening... I can't get enough of it! It relaxes and calms me. I'll stick to this brand. I find it a bit pricey but I do feel it's doing me good - and in these winter months, it's what I'm treating myself with as I need that chocolate fix from time to time. The cocao taste isn't overwhelming - it's kinda subtle, but you certainly get that cacao chocolaty kick.
