Great kettle . Works very well.
A great kettle . Reliable , quick boil, quiet to boil compared to last kettle. Aesthetically not pretty , has a very functional look.

Second choice but first rate! Absolutely delighted 😊
After a family member dropped our kettle and broke it, we needed another one quickly. I had to reconsider my first choice as it was flagged as a ‘frequently returned’ item, so I settled on this one, mainly for the colour and - as a previous reviewer has mentioned - it was Which recommended. What a stroke of luck! There is an awful lot to like: * Very comfortable to use, with a lovely ergonomic feel to the handle. * Nice pouring action with a good wide spout. * There is a volume window either side, making it super easy to see how much water you’re adding. Fabulous at negating the use of too much water (getting my husband to only boil what he needs has improved significantly!). * Unbelievably quiet boil! I’ve given up taking note of ‘quiet boil’ promises as none have delivered previously, but this is absolutely the quietest boil I’ve ever encountered! Please see my video attached. * The handle being at the side - rather than on top - means no burning your hand if you need to refill straight after a previous boil. * Boils quickly. I think this is great value for money. Sometimes I feel I can smell a plastic smell when I’m filling the kettle, but it’s never delivered anything but a nice cuppa. Water taste has always been fine. It’s not as retro as I normally like, but the muted colour makes it nicely unobtrusive in my kitchen (although the metallic handle came as a bit of a surprise). I couldn’t be more pleased and would definitely recommend.

Drippy spout
I’ve had this kettle about 2 months now and whilst I am happy with it it does have one annoying feature. Every time I pour the boiled water into a cup water drips down the outside of the kettle body from the spout. If it’s not wiped up immediately I’m sure it will leave a limescale run down the body. Other than that it’s good. Nice colour, very light and well made, boil’s quickly and is fairly quiet.

Kenwood Dusk 4-Slot Toaster
I recently purchased the Kenwood Dusk 4-Slot Toaster (TFP30.000GN) in Olive Green, and I couldn’t be more pleased. Not only does it look stunning on my kitchen counter with its sleek olive green finish and modern design, but it also performs exceptionally well. Pros: • Four Slot Convenience: Perfect for busy mornings or when you need to toast for more than one person. Each pair of slots operates independently, which is a great feature. • Even Browning: With 5 browning settings, it’s easy to get your toast just the way you like it—whether lightly golden or extra crispy. • Useful Functions: The reheat, defrost, and cancel options are really handy. I use the defrost setting frequently for frozen bread, and it works beautifully without drying it out. • Easy Cleaning: The pull-out crumb tray makes cleanup effortless and keeps the toaster looking neat. • Powerful and Fast: At 1800W, it heats quickly and toasts evenly, saving time in the morning rush. Cons: • The slots could be slightly deeper for larger artisanal breads, but it handles standard slices, bagels, and crumpets just fine. Overall, the Kenwood Dusk Toaster is a fantastic blend of style and functionality. If you’re looking for a reliable 4-slice toaster that looks as good as it performs, this model is definitely worth considering.

A stylish kettle.
I love my new kettle. Ok so my first thought was OMG! It’s very light weight, it is in fact the lightest kettle I have ever owned. It is also very plasticky to touch. However, the positives so outweighs the feel of it and Kenwood are not in the habit of using inferior materials that don’t serve their purpose! It looks great in my kitchen. It holds a lot of water and being lightweight to start with means it’s not too heavy with the water in. It pours beautifully, a wide spout but it doesn’t splash everywhere. My first couple of cups tasted a little plasticky but that has now disappeared. I waited a week to write this as I wanted to see how it performed. I don’t understand the people who mention the noise of the kettle boiling. For me it’s a kettle what do you expect? I find it reassuring to hear it. It’s not overly loud, it’s what I personally expect to hear of a boiling kettle, you can still have a conversation in the kitchen when it’s boiling. It’s like anything else you sort of get used to it so much so I don’t always notice when it’s turned itself off having boiled. There is a clear indication on the side of how much water there is in it, which is much better than my old one which was under the handle. The lead is good in as much that it coils around the base and as long as you pop it in the cut out bit on the rim of the base (I initially didn’t and thought I had a wobbly kettle) it then lies flat. My old one was on its last legs, I looked to replace it as I’m still using the toaster. However, my thinking was the new kettle will make the old toaster look old! Also at some point that would probably need to be changed as well. So, I looked and saw this as a different design to my old one and I love Kenwood products. I also picked the slate grey instead if black this time. I’m now thinking of replacing the toaster with the matching Kenwood toaster. Time will of course tell if it lasts a song as my old De’Longhi which I had 7years! It was brilliant, but I just fancied a change of style and this fits the bill! Very pleased.

Leaks through on/off switch, returning for refund
Disappointing, it leaks, returning. Detail follows. Bought current top recommendation on Which? site which says "87% It's the best kettle we've tested so far. Whether it's boiling speed, quietness, or energy efficiency, this kettle will not disappoint. It also has a great limescale filter and is a breeze to use and keep clean.". Mine arrived in a slightly (but not badly) bashed box with no outer Amazon packaging. Kettle inside seemed ok, though as I unpacked it I did find myself wondering whether I'd been sent someone else's return. When I filled it and boiled it a few times (as per instructions) I found that it leaks from the on/off switch. Nothing to do with overfilling: if I simply leave the kettle sitting on the work top a pool forms around the kettle. If I pick it up and tip the kettle so the water sits against the on off switch the water pours out through the switch. Returning for refund, with all of the implied aggro.

Marvellous kettle!
Been using it a couple of weeks now. Bought it after seeing it was the highest rated kettle on Which?. Now we wish we’d changed our kettle months ago! It’s very lightweight, very easy to get the lid off and fill up and always will be as it’s all easy fit plastic, doesn’t leak, and the pouring is incredibly accurate due to the wide spout. Very easy to see the fill level, and I think it looks quite stylish. No more puddles of water on the work surface! It’s quiet for a kettle and fairly fast to boil water. Would highly recommend.

Sent with wrong plug!
While the kettle is great, it came with a UK electrical power plug so now I have to try and get a power adapter before I can even use it!!! Considering the money that I paid for this I’m very disappointed with the outcome
