An adequate tool!
Its not what my old Mityvac pump is, but, it gets the job done. Wanted a spare around because the old Mityvac is showing its age.....

Cheap
Should do the job. Just wanted the pump. All the attachments I have are a better quality.

Easy to use.
Works great! I used it to make sure my vacuum lines hold vacuum on my 4 wheel drive system. Easy to use. Can also use it for bleeding brakes and master cylinder.

Vacuum that sucks but it doesn't suck
Does it work? Yes. Is it easy? No. The little adapters included leak too much to properly hold, but maybe on larger bleeder screws it might seal better. I took to just stabbing the tube directly on the bleeder. With that it was not a confident seal and often the bubble trail you see is not from the brake line, but the tube misaligned enough to let air in. I had on hand a slightly smaller tube that had a tighter fit and this worked much better. The vacuum device was adequate, but in two situations the best results were from starting the flow and letting gravity work. Of course the hose seal is half the battle as the bleeder screw may let air pass through the threads to introduce air into the bleeder line. I've tried the teflon tape wrap trick with some success, but the small lump of butyl seemed to work best and with my box end bleeder wrench in position to give it a little smushing down to make a seal. I pick it out with a fine pick when down.

Garbage
Junk handle broke just trying to get the tube off that wouldn't come off so I could get it back into the junk storage case. It made a difficult situation worse by breaking, and the junk needle cover kept falling off. I don't need this. Wouldn't even fit into the trash right lol. I pulled it out of the trash and may try jb weld. A big wad of that might fix the handle. It might also waste more on this junk. Should also use it on the needle cover. *shakes head*

It works
Itโs nice not having to search for adapters.
