Can this go in the dryer? The tag doesn't mention hang dry or tumble dry on a certain setting?

The tag shows to wash and then iron. Do not bleach and do not dry clean. I dry mine on low heat in dryer but it still needs to be pressed.

what is hip size for large?

I purchased the shirt in size small, and it fits me just right. I don’t know about the hip size for a size large. I am sorry. But I am quite satisfied with the shirt and suggest trying the size that usually works for you. It can always be returned.
