About 8 years ago I was diagnosed with carpal tunnel in both hands and wrist, not wanting to have surgery I searched and found out that copper bracelets helped. I have been wearing these bracelets since and I've never had any more pain from carpal tunnel. Of course every now and then I have to get a new pair but I'd recommend these bracelets to anyone with pain or just as decorative bracelets.

These seem to work well, the only issue is formability is low. It is difficult to get to bend to your wrist without getting odd forms.

If you wear them daily you will definitely notice a change. If you wear it for a whole month then take it off you will notice a difference. They just seem to help with blood flow, etc.
