what is the guarantee for the 10 year shelf life? I see the word all over the listing but see no actual details about how they go about honoring this

It is for shelf life but how would they confirm and honor it? I have been buying these for decorative lights and am please with their service. They are lasting like the major brand I was using that also says 10 year guarantee. I'm going to try them in my game cameras next.
