The memory stays intact if power is lost.

Once a timer has been set can it be changed.

Yes ,you can change it easily. We suggest that user can use a “H-N” label to remind user of "Hours:Minutes" mode.

How do I contact i claim my warranty?

Why am i not able to set one timer while another one is running? If i press "Time" while one timer is running, nothing happens.

I can run multiple times on mine. For example say number one is set at 4:00 min. And number 2 is 3:00 min. It will let me run both timers at the same time.

Exactly what we needed

I was worried as a review said was hard to program and couldn't use timers at same time. Absolute rubbish. Can use all 8 timers at same time. So easy to set up and instructions are very clear and easy. Changed our way of working in kitchen
