RAW Fountain Juice Cleanse 5 Day, Protein Detox Cleanse, 30 Bottles, 12oz

Just finished the 3-day cleanse and am feeling great! Have been "eating clean" for about 4 months now and have hit a weight loss plateau; tried this cleanse to change things up and was excited about the additional protein this cleanse has that other juice cleanses do not so I was not worried about losing any muscle if I were to do a longer cleanse down the road. Overall was able to drop from 220 lbs down to 212 lbs in only 3-days which was a great feeling even if some of the loss was water weight (not sure how as much water as I drank) or bloating and I feel ready to keep pushing, almost wishing I had tried the 5-day, but the 3 day was a little tough for me to stick to at times so was a great place to start. Do expect to be a bit hungry at times but its nothing that can't be pushed through by drinking some water or hot green tea in my case. I was not a fan of the small size 1oz ginger shots, the flavor was good these cleanses used to come with a larger ginger shot (2-3oz maybe) which I miss. On the up side the juice flavors were all great! I had to remind myself to sip on the drinks otherwise they would have went down really fast and I tried to drink the juices at a slower pace where I could get the most out of them nutrient-wise and would not have to pee every 30min. Overall I really enjoyed doing the cleanse over the weekend (Fri-Sun) and plan to repeat this maybe every 3-6 months.

I love to go on a juice fast as it helps with my binge eating disorder. I usually juice at home myself but Im a busy mom who works 7 days a week I HAVE ZERO TIME. this was affordable, SO GOOD, on the sweeter side BUT I LOVE THAT, and healthy. I felt amazing! I want to buy another 5 day fast ASAP. This is honestly a blessing to know I can get raw juice that truly helps me mentally and physically.

I liked the taste and convenience of the product. My only dislike is that I did find myself feeling hungry at times. (Obviously that is on a case by case basis). Overall it does what it is meant to do.

This is week two of using product from this company. Last week, I tried the pack with coconut juice. This week, I am doing the protein detox. I absolutely love the watermelon-aloe vera juice! I also love the coconut juice from last week's pack! I am using these products to change my relationship with food and hold myself more accountable. I already am a strong believer of eating from the earth to maintain good health. But actually implementing it with a crazy busy schedule is so difficult. So, with RFJs help, I am finally on the right track.♡♡♡ Right now, my strategy is to drink the juices throughout the day, especially toward the end of the day and eat a paleo diet for breakfast and lunch. Eating late leads to me packing on the pounds. Oh, I also LOVE the ginger shots! Next wee, I will try the tropical pack. No bueno! So far, I am losing about .5 to 1 full lbs each day. So exciting to finally be back on a healthy track! Thank you RFJ!

Horrible taste! I’ve done a few cleanses too, I thought I was ordering Raw Generation which has a DECENT! 👎🏻

It’s been a while since I’ve done a juice cleanse. Tried it for the first (and it was the last) time about 8 years ago. I liked the feeling after, but what I didn’t like was making all those juices EVERY DAY. I am so glad I found an option with already prepared juices, that are freshly made from real fruits and veggies. Taste combinations are so good and delicious. My personal favorite is ‘Water Vera’. I didn’t feel hungry or tired at all. On the opposite, I felt more energized. The shipping was incredibly fast. When I received the package, all the juices were still frozen. Will definitely repeat the course in a few months. Next time will do a longer program (5 or 7 days cleanse)

The reviews had me committed to try these as my first juice cleanse. The first and last. I can eat almost anything but the only one I thought tasted good was the Watermelon one. That tasted like watermelon rind so it was tasty. The green one and rise and shine were absolute no's (gag reaction). The ginger was so strong it burned my mouth. The ginger shot was less gingery. I didn't try the orange one since ginger was on the label I figured best to avoid it 🙃 I think I would have been successful if they were all as ok as the protein ones. I drink a lot of protein shakes and those were ok. I supplemented the rest of the days with protein shakes and watered down juice with a scoop of isopure. Overall I wanted to have a great cleanse xp and ended up trash canning 9 of the drinks. The others are still in my freezer I might try to use. $110 I say OOF about but it was a learning experience.

I sought out this cleanse because I wanted to give my a restart. I did the 7 day system, and have to be honest, it was difficult to complete. It test your level of commitment, and you go through a mental challenge. Here is some of my experience throughout the 7 days. If you are a foodie, like I am, as you progress through the days, you do get hungry, because your body feels a little empty. You do have the will to accomplishment and not give into temptations, you just have to keep reminding yourself that you can get through it. If you are an active person, I would recommend to keep your activity very light. One day of the 7, I played volleyball which I do as a competitive hobby. That took a toll on, and very drained the following day. I felt a bit week, so my body went into full recovery mode. The cleanse starts pretty easy, but does get more challenging through the days. By day 5/6 you cannot wait for it to be over! If you have a pretty good diet, and just want to do a cleanse to give your digestive system a restart, I don’t think you have to do a 7 day cleanse. 5 or even 3 if you are super healthy is enough. You do feel better throughout, and you do see some weight results. If you are looking to test your level of commitment, I would highly recommend to try.
