The description says standard and metric but none of the pictures show the metric side of any of the rulers. Do they have metric markings?

Yes it has metric. One side has inch scales on both the top and bottom edge - one in 32 and one in 16. The other side has inch in 16 and metric in mm.

The pictures show these rulers and stops as being black with white lettering, but the description says the color is clear. Which will I receive?

The ones I ordered were red and had white lettering. I will tell you I use them all the time and it is a great purchase
