Q: will an XL hat fit a man who has asize 8 head?

I bought a size Large and it fits my “hat size” 8 head perfectly. As I researched, a hat size 8 is a head measurement of 24-25. Hope that helps.

It is very similar. I bought it to replace the one the Army issued me in Afghanistan (which I recently lost - bummer). The only real difference is a small little tag that sticks out on the outside.

Q: How tall is this beanie?

Approximately 6.5-7” tall. I wore a medium size cover in The Marine Corps & this beanie fits my head - covers almost all of my ears - only the bottom of my ear lobes aren’t covered.

Q: So which ones are the windproof? 260 or 330?

330, but all of them are pretty similar and not really wind proof.
