Heat press heats up quickly. I’m happy I can do several different kinds of tumblers and shot glasses with it. I’ve used several times and have no issues. Very happy with my purchase. A+.

Works as it should the temperature control is easy and setup is easy. The pressure is easy to manage with just a couple turns of the 2 nobs. The timer is spot on and the beeps can be adjusted in the settings to beep when you want to be alerted at 5, 10, 15 seconds. The quality is as it should be I have pressed iver 100 cups and the picture comes out clean and crisp every time. I included a couple pictures of some of the cups I have pressed.

Works great and I like the color. Easy to use for the most part.

I would not recommend this product to anyone. I bought it and used and it hasn’t even been a full year and the insides started swelling, and it won’t heat pass 106 and there’s no way to get in contact with anyone to get any help. So now I’m going to have to buy a new tumbler press.

Honestly the best mug and tumbler press I've ever bought, not only is it beautiful and matches my décor perfectly but it works flawlessly. Before I was working with the Cricut mug press and I must say that the difference is enormous, with the bettersub the colors are wonderful, there is no noise in the light colors and it only takes 90 seconds to sublimate the tumbler (with the cricut one it takes approximately 12 minutes for each tumbler). The size is perfect and the design is very nice so it doesn't break the harmony of your craft room. I have nothing bad to say about this tumbler press, I recommend it 100%. The user manual is perfect, colorful and super easy to understand. For my tumbler for my tumbler I set it as the user manual says 365 F and 45 seconds, then I rotated it and 45 seconds more. It was perfect. My next purchase will be the bettersub heat press for my customer T-shirts, pink color of course 😍💕

Le doy 5 estrellas porque la máquina llegó bien empaquetada y trae varios accesorios para comenzar a trabajar de inmediato. La configuración fue sencilla y la prensa alcanza la temperatura de forma rápida y uniforme. Ya la he usado para personalizar tazas, camisetas y otros artículos, y los colores quedan vivos y con un acabado profesional.

So far product is working well. I like the fact that I can make 2 mugs at the same time. That certainly saves me more time to get projects done. The negative issue is that the mug press gives out a very strong chemical odor. Hopefully, it will lesson in a couple days with usage

Súper fácil de usar y el instructivo, a pesar de venir en solo en inglés, es entendible. Funciono de maravilla, espero que me dure muchos años, ahora solo quiero conseguir el resto de las resistencias

This product is not transferring my prints properly I have wasted a lot of product and of course there is no way to contact company… I will be reviewing on my large public social media platform … I feel like I got ripped off unfortunately I am now out a lot and can’t get a new one…
