Good with a variety of strengths. I play lots of sax. I also type a lot at work and this is very useful to strengthen finger extensors.

Exactly what I was looking for to help strengthen my fingers. They're cheap, easy to use and do the job. My only issue is the difference in tension between the lightest one (green) and the medium one (blue) feels like quite a big step up in resistance. It would be even better if the blue one was slightly lighter.

It is a brilliant idea to come up with these and even more brilliant to provide assorted strength levels (3, 4, 5 kg). They work like a dream. They are a great complement to my exercise routines. You can fiddle with them anytime: in bed before sleeping, on the bus, on the plane, in front of the TV, etc. The cherry on the cake is they are solid quality, easy to fit, and very cheap.

Sadly these didn't work for me, the resistance was too strong, and they were awkward to get on/off. I've had surgery on my hands and need to exercise gently.

Great little items for improving tendinitis and strengthening the forearms and hands. 3 different levels of resistance to compliment various levels of strength.

does as it says on the website, slide item onto second knuckle to achieve good results, definitely helps with hand strength and tendons in forearm (works for me), good quality and value for money

For anyone who is looking to keep the tendons around the wrists , forearm etc in good shape and keep your hand movements active then I would say these finger stretchers are ideal.

I may have weak extensors, but the lowest grade is tough. Loads of room for progression. If you’re a climber or train your grip strength, this is the perfect addition to your training. Quality is good and they fit comfortably on the fingers. Has helped with my golfers elbow

Esto me parece un excelente acierto para ir progresando poco a poco en los entrenamientos de la mano y de los dedos. La calidad de la silicona es muy buena, se nota resistente y da la sensación de que van a ser bastante duraderas. Además, otra ventaja muy práctica es que se lavan muy fácilmente con agua. Una compra muy recomendada para mejorar el agarre!

Very good, took a while for me to figure out how to stretch, but spreading the fingers is a perfect stretch. Helped me get rid of some drumming RSI, and generally a good FEELING stretch
