Wanted a "portable" smoker to take on RV trips, so this grill fist in a bay of the motorhome.New to smoking , everything I put in the smoker was great. Very easy to assembly and startup. The 3 lb tri tip at 325 took just under a hour and the flavor was great the meat was not driedout like the regular gas grill I use. Chicken was tender and tasted great. Doing salmon tonight onit. The size is great plenty of room without burning a lot of wood. easy to clean up haven't usedthe Weber since I got this well pleased.

Great little smoker, easy to use.
The product was exactly as advertised. I've already smoked a few briskets and a few pork loins on it, even baked a dessert. I love the temperature probe with the iOS app because I can set it and walk away. When I come back, perfectly smoked meat.
