My fault for not paying more attention, but I still like it. I’m hoping there won’t be any problems with that as the frame ages. Some plastics get brittle over time. I felt like the price was a bit high for a plastic slot, but depending on how it wears, it may still be worth it. Time will tell. I DO love that it’s made in the good ‘ol USA. That’s definitely a plus in my book! For those that wonder as I did, they are REAL WOOD. The plastic insert for the photo for the one I ordered is a 5x7, the rest of the frame is as pictured with all wood around photo. It had pressed sticky plastic to protect the (hard) plastic insert, so mine was not scratched at all, (as one review mentioned) none of them were scratched and came in perfect new condition! These are not for a desk or shelf, they are for wall hanging only and come with the bracket and nails. They look great with a photo!!
