Apart from her humorous descriptions of apparel and accessories, the author has some important messages that are applicable to our daily lives, as most of us are in the back of the pack. The liet motif of her book is in her own words, “Embrace your unique journey, and don’t let anyone tell you your success isn’t as valid as theirs.” “Experience proves that sometimes it’s not just about crossing the finish line but about enjoying the journey with friends and laughter.” Her suggestion of positive pacing is equally applicable to positive thinking in life. I will recommend this book to all my friends who like my type of humor and are not keen on winning medals.

I added this to the back of my daughters shower chair to help stabilize her. It worked great! She isn't sliding off the seat now. OT showed me how to drop the back legs 1 hole so it is lower in the back than the front. She is able to shower more independently and wash her hair again. I'd recommend this belt to anyone having trunk instability. It isn't in her way and it dries quickly too.
