Superb product, but slightly more expensive. Found Very helpfull in scheduling on off timming for our buildings passage & terrace light. It is working flawlessly till now. Expect to last for atleast 4-5 years.

Pros: 1. Installation is very simple. 2. Can operate with both manual switches and through mobile app/other smart devices like alexa, google assistant etc., 3. Very compact easily fits in any switch board 4. Good app features like device rename, room selection etc., 5. Easy to use. Cons: 1. The wire quality is very poor it could have been better. It's fine for devices upto 100W. 2. Each switch can operate at max power of 100W-150W if you are looking for high power then this is not recommended. 3. 5GHz wifi is not supported. 4. Device is a bit slow to respond. 5. Device is getting heated slightly. 6. Making pop sound when operated I think this is common in all smart switches. 7. Build quality could have been better. Overall you can go for it if you want to make your lights or small electronic devices smart. Not recommended for heavy appliances like tv, fridge, AC etc.,

The Wipro Smart Switch Module has been a very useful addition to our home. The best feature for me is the scheduling function, which automatically turns lights and appliances on and off at the correct times. This has helped reduce unnecessary power usage and save on electricity bills. It is also very convenient because the schedules continue to work even when I am away from home. Setup was straightforward, and the app is easy to use. The module works reliably with both manual switches and smart controls. One drawback is that if the internet connection is unavailable, remote control features will not work, and some smart functions may be limited. However, the scheduled automations that are already configured continue to operate normally. Overall, a great product for anyone looking to automate lighting and improve energy efficiency.

Worked well when it did. I had connected 2 fans and 2 LED lights in my living room. Suddenly after 2 months it conked off on me. It's dead now. I am yet to request for a replacement but the box only provides a consumer care email address and there is no phone number. I am not even sure how many months warranty is provided by Wipro on this. ________________________________________ 12/12/2023- This is an update after struggling for 1 month to get a replacement for the non-working switch. I called the customer care and registered a complaint. They do not provide you a complaint ID. The mentioned a technician will call you in a weeks time. Technician did call me and asked me to send the invoice and then they will dispacth a replacement. It has been more than a week sharing the invoice and nothing has been done still. I tried to connect with the technican again but he doesnt pick up the call. He has not even checked the invoice copy I sent him. Pathetic customer serive demonstarted by Wipro. Stay away from this product. There are other new comers in smart home items, I believe it is better to give them a chance.

Really good. Switch. Easy to handle. Rafik shaikh helped in installing the device despite multiple challanges.

This product is really brilliant. I like the product really can be controlled with the Amazon Assistant and Google Assistant. Only thing is I got a faulty product at this time. I ordered four and out of the 43 worked brilliantly but the other one would not even turn on

Very worst product. I bought the device, which was defective and asked me to return it the product for replacement. But after return the device I am not getting new device. No customer service, no one was attending and service is Beverly very poor. Don’t buy Wipro product. They are cheating the people. Very very waste product I bought. No response. Don’t go to any Wipro product. Customer care no always busy.

Product is good and works smoothly but the service from Wipro is worst, they never came for installation even after so many calls and emails. I had to install it on my own
