Does this passion twist hair get frizzy fast?

No not really but you will get some beedy balls, you can easily cut it off and be good to go.

Did anyone not crochet it in and use the twist method? i’m a beginner so i’m just asking. don’t wanna get it and not be able to use it as intended.

You can use the twist method, although the texture is very shiny. Not sure if it would look natural if blended with your hair type.
