Very impressed with this machine from Hisense. Runs very quiet in wash and spin cycles. Great price to quality ratio.

So far so good. A bit loud and shaky, and it doesn't align with the previous Bosch door hence we had to get someone else to integrate the machine. The delivery people refused to do anything bar installing the machine.

It's an amazing washing machine, although some programs are quite long but you can pick something different and select a shorter cycle. The only thing that I would love to have it ,is any cycle with 50° of temperatures as it does skip from 40 to 60 for all the programs. Great value for money, silence and one of the best as incorporated machine

We paid for the full installation option and due to it being “put on the wrong drivers route” he did not complete the installation as expected. Despite contacting Amazon several times the issue is still unresolved. Terrible terrible customer service. Awful experience.

this is a great product and very good value well made and with a very good energy rating 2 draw backs with this machine 1/ the level adjusters at bass seem to stick to the floor and its very difficult to slide into place your need some sliders to help with this problem which you can obtain on amazon 2/ as its integral fittings depending on your last machine make you may have to get someone in to alter your door to fit your machine so make note of those this as for the machine its fantastic very good all round and very good value

The guys who fitted the machine didn’t fit the kitchen cupboard door so really they only fitted a “freestanding washing machine” and not an integrated one; they said they weren’t allowed to drill holes in the cupboard door. I’ve now contacted a local washing machine fitter who said fitting the cupboard door on is the trickiest part and will probably involve refitting the machine (will charge at least £100 plus vat). I’m not happy because Amazon clearly states that the installation of the integrated appliance is part of the service. I’d read some negative reviews about the installations and even rang Amazon customer care before I placed the order who assured me that everything would be ok. Please Amazon, be clear on what is and isn’t included. On a positive note overall I am happy with the washing machine; it is easy to use and I’ve tried several programs and found it washes very well. It runs smoothly and quietly during most cycles. It does shake a lot at 800rpm but not at lower or higher spin speeds.

Nothing more to say other than my wife simply loves the job that it does. Performance wise, does not take too long to wash, gentle on clothes and hardly any noise when running. The price on Amazon was definitely a steal.
