Especially so if you want to use it as a toner! Luckily, it's helped a lot and it seems to soothe their itching and reduce the bumps that we thought was going to keep increasing. We found that it works best when there's nothing else on the skin. Don't use it alone though. You should still put some kind of moisturizer after it's dried.
