LANDEN Wooden Aquarium Stand & Cabinet, 55 Gallon Fish Tank, 35.4x19.7in

Ok imagine really really high quality ikea. That’s probably not doing enough justice. The compressed wood is extremely heavy and covered in and industrial textured black that is lovely. Yes, peg screw and retainer with wood pegs, but still metal parts. The screw holes are nylon which help line up and prevent blow outs. There are a lot of them as well. Makes this stand sturdy. And black puff stickers to cover over and visible internal or back side. Assembly was easy. The included foam leveling mat is already glued to the top. In addition, the bottom of the stand is also covered by the foam presumably for noise supression. Size fit the Landen sized tank perfectly (with that overhang, and no you cannot move the door up if you leave all 4 screws provided for the door hinge). Was it maybe a little expensive? Yes, but worth it if you want a sleek pedestal.

Really great quality stand. I saw a lot of comments saying it’s IKEA quality but I’d disagree. Yes the assembly is like IKEA with the cam locks and cam screws but with this one each cam screw went into a pre drilled hole with a nylon insert to prevent the veneer from being damaged and created a more solid connection. I’d also like to point out that there are no open seams in the veneer, keeping the particleboard water tight which prevents the swelling. There’s plenty of storage underneath with a nice foam bottom for people using canister filters. This helps absorb a lot of vibration and noise that can be made from this style of filter. The top also has a layer of the foam keeping the tank secure. I do believe the price is pretty high for this stand but if you’re trying to have a perfect fit with your Landen fish tank then I do believe it’s worth it. I had originally ordered the black plum color but was sent the standard black which was a bit cheaper but I contacted support and was able to get the difference sent back. Overall this is a great stand and I’ve had it for about two weeks now and have been extremely happy with the purchase. The only thing I think I could gripe about would be the logo on the front door but that’s just me being extremely picky

This was very easy to build! Its sturdy on its own with a slight bit of flex, but once you add weight to it, its becomes very rigid. Im very happy with it. Compliments my Landen 30gal tank!! My only criticism is its price. Its a bit on the expensive side. It does come foam padded pre installed for the tank and bottom of the cabinet for filter and noise isolation. Regardless I'm happy with it!!

Very pleased with this purchase. Was intimidated by the number of parts when it arrived but the assembly was simple. I put it together by myself in about 40 mins. The instructions could’ve been better, but if you’ve done a number of IKEA furniture assembly you will be able to figure it out. All you need is a Philips screwdriver. I am putting a 15 gallon tank on. Feels totally sturdy, and I love being able to hide all of the supplies in the cabinet. Also love that it has a self leveling mat incorporated on there and the bottom has small plastic feet so it doesn’t scratch the floor. I haven’t seen a better modern looking stand than this.

If you want a sleek, well-built, and great looking stand, then this is the stand for you. The stand was easily assembled, boasts a nice pop-open design, had plenty of areas to run wires and tubing, features a self-leveling mat, and looks really nice. This is not a cheap looking stand. I highly recommend.

I purchased the 55 gallon low iron rimless tank from Landen along with their black stand specifically for the tank and it is absolutely stunning! Love it!! The quality and craftsmanship of the tank and the stand are outstanding. My husband put the stand together, took him about an hour, no complaints from him whatsoever. So happy with this purchase, I saved about $500 purchasing these 2 items vs. another high end set up so I am extremely impressed. Shipping and Packaging were stellar as well. I have my canister filter and lily pipes running now and some real reef rock and live sand to cycle, looking forward to filling it with fish and corals! Plenty of storage space below for a 5 gallon reservoir as well! Can’t say enough! 5 Stars Landen! Way to go!

Way too wobbly for the price and it’s not solid wood, it’s MDF and the cheap manufactured wood. It basically broke while assembling because of the weak screws and wooden holders but I wasn’t gonna waste my money and it was too tedious to send back so I bought some matte black brackets and screws on Amazon and reinforced all the areas where the unit could possibly give way, now I’m much more confident that it can hold a heavy 55gal tank. So it’s a great unit but you might have to make some adjustments for peace of mind when adding heavy items on top of it . I do love the cut out to the back for potential wire and CO2 tank or canister filter access. Took around 2 hours to assemble myself as the instructions took a little learning curve. Don’t like that there are no shelves but it’s easier to add a portable stand for customization so that’s ok.

Purchased March 2024. Let aquarium get established before review. Was on the fence about a particle board stand with a 75 gallon aquarium w/ rock. No regrets so far. Arrived in a crate with no blemishes. Take your time putting it together correctly and you will have a solid stand. Has held my 75 gallon for 3 months with no buckling or bowing. Plenty of storage for accessories and the padded floor for canister filter is a nice feature. There isn’t any exposed particle board so it isn’t a dire situation if water gets on the stand. Take your time, assemble it correctly, and you will have a solid stand.
