Marky's has not met any of their pomisises made to me
The frozen duck was guaranteed to be delivered overnight and arrive on December 21. It arrived late on December 24 and was thawed, not frozen. On December 24 when I contacted Marky's, they promised a full refund. The refund still has not been done. I have followed up with Marky's asking for the status of my refund, and each time they promise to look into it and respond to me. They never respond.
