Fresh and smelled delicious right out of the bag. II wanted to try incorporating black sesame seeds into my diet for their health benefits and essential nutrients. So upon opening I immediately used it to make sesame paste to include in my oat matcha latte - amazing! Would 100% buy again.

I sprinkle these seeds on a lot of my food; they are delicious and healthy. Great way to add antioxidants, healthy fats, fiber, vitamins (B, E), and minerals (calcium, iron, magnesium).
