Q: Will this work with a power lift recliner?

It sure does! That's exactly what I'm using it on. A catnapper leather electric recliner.

Q: Is there a video to show how to put on the chair cover?

If there is it would be to the left at bottom of the different pictures of the cover.

Q: Is it supposed to tie in the front or back?

I put the ties in the front of the footrest area. It helps to hold it securely in that area. I used this on a lift recliner and used the sides to cover the bottom covers of the back. Hope this helps you with your cover.

Q: How is this with lond dog hair?

We have a really long haired cat and have these on our recliners in the RV. They are actually pretty good. Every now and then I just take a lint roller and go over them between washes.
