Superb Quality for the Price
An absolutely oerfect blanket for the outdoors, or indoors. I bought two for my camper van. The top side is a lightweight nylon type material which is water and stain resistant, yet so soft. The bottom side is a super soft brushed nylon. There is a lightweight insulating material in between the layers; just light enough to be comfortable and un-stuffy, yet substantial enough to take the chill off. It's also nice and big....no finding yourself uncovered from simply changing positions. It could also be used as a picnic blanket. Washes beautifully. Buy this! You will love it.

Great travel XL blanket, light and warm.
I love this blanket! I bought it because I stayed in a floor to ceiling windowed Manhattan hotel room on an air mattress in November. The roommates with beds wanted the AC on to 60F, and since I was on an air mattress on the ground below the windows, the cold 38F night air just blew on me. My air mattress partner and I were so cold! So I bought this blanket for travel and such occasion. But it works well for two on a full bed/air mattress, for on the couch, or at a campfire (be aware of embers, though!). It alone might not be enough to fight the chill of that frigid hotel room, but if added with another blanket or two thin blankets we would have been comfortable. The pattern side is nylon-like material so if layered with another blanket, the blankets may swoosh around. The underside is flannel-like and may pill over time. It's light and packable. To get it back into the original sack, I fold it long ways in thirds, fold in half, then tightly roll it up like you're a camp counselor in charge of rolling up an entire camp's worth of unruly sleeping bags for 8 year olds. Or if you just can't bother, cramming it in to the bag works just fine.

I need more of these. I do bring this camping but itโs a great summer quilt for my dogs and I. Iโm a firm believer the girlies need big dogs and I live by that. My 110lb mutt dog has some good size, long quick scratchers and big opinions so he is always scratching himself his little nest. This blanket is a nice big size, keeps my body in a good cool-warm zone, and holds up.

LOOOVE THESE BLANKETS!
Loooooove these blankets so much! I have a bestie blanket and Iโve been wanting something bigger, and finally came across this on sale! Loooove it so much, Iโve been using it as a comforter on my bed but plan to take it camping and chilling by the fire.

Great summer weight camping blanket
Bought this as a summer (light-weight) camping blanket and it did not disappoint! Husband and I flew into the Pacific NW for a week of hike-camping so we needed to pack light. Love the soft, fluffy feel of the filling and fabric; one side is shiny/soft and one side is like a poly/flannel and soft. The size was great for two adults to share but Iโm pretty sure I got most of the blanket at night, lol. It was just warm enough with two people in a tent with a flat sheet. Temps ranged from 50-70f.

Perfect camp blanket for two!
Using this as a duvet in or little vintage trailer. Nice and cozy and warmer than it first appears from the thickness. Stashes away very small. Great buy over all!

Strong Chemical Odor to this Blanket, on this Overpriced Blanket that is Not Very Warm
I served in the US Army and used my 'woobie' to line my sleeping bag to keep me warm when I was stationed in Germany and had to sleep outside in 20 to 50 degree weather. My poncho liner, or woobie as it is called, was quite warm but not very attractive. I saw this Kelty blanket, which bragged about its warmth and comfort and thus far have found its not as warm as my US Army poncho liner, and has a terrible and very strong chemical smell which not only gave me a headache, but made my clothes stink. I plan to use this blanket to cover myself while watching TV in my house and used it all day yesterday to watch college football on TV. On the plus side, this blanket is a bit bigger and much more attractive than a woobie. I've decided to keep the Kelty blanket despite the stench and hope putting it on the wash on the gentle cycle with a bit of wash powder will get rid of the terrible smell of this blanket. This blanket is worth around $35 not $50, which I paid for it. Update: I washed this blanket in mild detergent and it doesn't smell anymore. I use this blanket as my third blanket layer in my bed and am toasty warm. 2nd Update: I'm still happy with this Kelty blanket. Its great to cover myself from chin to toes while watching TV on a cold night. As for being a two-man blanket, I guess it would cover two if they were two 12 year olds or two 120 lb adults. This blanket is not a substitute for a woobie (US Army poncho liner). I raised my rating from 3 starts to 4 stars for this blanket. I also wasn't able to fit this oversized camping blanket back into its tiny pouch and had to buy another camping sack to fit it into. I still think its a bit overpriced but after using it over the winter, I am satisfied with my purchase. 11/2023

Lightweight and very warm
This blanket is super lightweight, but very warm. I use it mostly indoors right now, but on my couch when watching a movie or just to take a nap for a few hours. The blanket is very soft and large enough for someone who is nearly 6 foot. My cats also give it 5 stars dice whenever I'm not using it, they are. So, I bought a second one for my wife, but really for my cats who also love sleeping on it. Highly recommend.

Warm and comfortable
Got this as I move around too much with a sleeping bag and find them uncomfortable. Was a bit worried it wouldnโt be warm enough, but it was lovely as a double duvet with temps down to 9C (there were two of us under it, so not sure how good it would have been for me on my own!). Nice quality and packs away to the size of a single sleeping bag.
